The Smart Wifi Garage Door Opener is used for wide range of general garage door openers. It's based on IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz Wifi wireless protocol. After easyly installing and connecting to the phone Tuya Smart Life APP, you could make your garage smarter and let it essyly open or close the garage door via the phone Tuya Smart Life APP control or voice control. At the same time, there are schedule function, countdown function, history function, message push function, alarm function and family share function. It's compatible with EU/US/UK/AU power plug in AC 100-240V 50/60Hz 16A Max.
Note: Please test compatibility at first. Please check if your general garage door openers is compatible with our module.
Test method:
Take a wire with both ends stripped or a straightened-out paper clip to short-circuit the wall button terminal on the opener (I marked with red color). If the garage door opens or closes, it can work with our smart controller.

1. For safe. Keep your door closed first and Power off the garage.
2. Just asked you connnect the red & black wire with the same port as your wall switch/consloe.
3. Find a proper position on the existing general garage door to mount the smart garage door opener sensor (You can use the included double-sided adhesive tapes, screws or brackets for sensor fixation). Please make sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 20mm when the garage door is closed, and the two sensors are well separated when the garage door is open.
4. Power up the garage, and put the smart garage door opener plug to your switch socket. and the red light and blue light flash alternatively. The garage door will be activated when added successfully (when the blue LED light stop blinking).
5. Open the Tuya "Smart Life" APP, tap the icon '+' on the top right corner.
6. Select the "All Devices", then select the "Wi-Fi Connector" type.
7. Tap "Confirm indicator rapidly blink"
8. Input the correct 2.4G Wi-Fi passwords. Then, tap confirm.
9. It will auto-connect with the device. Once the process is completed,it will prompt you that you can rename the device. Enter a new name and press 'Save'.
10. Now you could remote control your garage door via your phone or voice.
